Beginner’s Workshop Series – Michelle Dorer – Kill Devil Hills, NC – 2019
When: Wednesday nights – 7:00pm-9:00pm from January 23 – February 27, 2019
What: Learn the basics of yoga philosophy, lineage, and method of the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. This workshop series is designed for students new to yoga or new to the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. It will provide a grounded foundation to develop an Ashtanga Yoga practice. Once the student completes the workshop series, he or she will receive a discount of $20 off the purchase of a pass for my classes.
