Abundance Journaling + Gratitude Circle: Join us during the season of giving thanks.
Cultivating gratitude has been proven to reduce stress levels, improve sleep, and ward off depression. We invite you interrupt the anxiety that is known as the holiday season, by joining us in gratitude.
We will collectively honor the abundance in our lives and share in offering gratitude for all that we have enjoyed this year. We will open with a brief guided meditation and close with a prayer of peace as we finish the year.
Families are welcome and encouraged to attend together.
